Music city TV has reported that John Rich was out at Cafe Coco in Nashville last night at around 3 am. John and a friend walked into the eatery and ordered beers, though in the state of Tennessee it is illegal to consume beer in public venues after 3 am, so they were told to finish their beers quickly. But thats not exactly where the trouble starts.
John ended up borrowing a few guitars and started playing a few songs acoustically, with the beer on stage. As soon as the clock struck 3 the server went to the stage to grab the beer, but John Rich was not happy. Instead he got mad at the server for interrupting him and then preceded to throw his bottle out on the street, which is where a police officer just happened to be standing to witness the whole incident. Though John was asked to leave without a ticket or a warning.
Shouldnt John be at home with his new wife instead of causing trouble out on the town!?
