Something in the Nashville Air?
With Jennifer Nettles and LeAnn Rimes already out on voice rest, another artist has been forced to cancel shows and put on voice rest.
Who?
Julianne Hough. Julianne was supposed to open up for George Strait tomorrow at the new Cowboys stadium in Arlington TX, which I am going to, but she was forced to cancel it due to strep throat and placed on voice rest. Heres the official statement:
"Julianne Hough has had to cancel tonight's upcoming performance in Bessemer, AL and tomorrow nights performance opening for George Strait in Dallas, TX. Under doctors orders Hough must rest her voice due to severe strep throat."I am extremely disappointed that I have to cancel these dates," said Hough. "I promise to make it up to my fans as soon as possible."The Bessemer, AL date has been rescheduled for Friday, August 7th. Hough will resume her role opening for George Strait on June 12th at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Virginia Beach, VA."
Im very sad I wont get to see her perform tomorrow, I was really looking forward to it, but I hope she gets well soon!
Do you think she will still be able to perform at CMA Fest next week?
